-faqs-

How soon should I contact you to get started?

Invitations are typically mailed out 2 months in advance of your wedding date.  For a destination wedding, it is typically about 6 months to give your guests time to make travel arrangements.  Even though the design + production process can take up to 6-8 weeks, I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to make sure we have plenty of time to make sure your invitations are perfect!  Also, having a few weeks' extra buffer is a good idea just in case!

Short answer: you should get in touch with me 6-8 months before you want to mail out your invitations, but ASAP is best! Orders placed within 14 weeks of the wedding date will incur a 14% rush fee.

What if I’m on a budget?

There are many ways we can work together to stay within your budget with realistic expectations.  InvitoBella brides typically spend around $775 for 100 digitally flat printed invitations and RSVPs with envelopes. I will use my expertise to suggest the best options for your budget.  If you're not sure if it will work with your budget, just ask - I'm happy to help answer questions!

What if I have no idea what I want my invitations to look like?

Not to worry! Just send me your Pinterest board, describe your wedding to me, and tell me about you as a couple, and together we will come up with something fabulous!

Every client and wedding is different - with different tastes, budgets and needs. One thing to note is that Design services are subjective art therefore, I ask that you review past work to be sure we are a good fit for each other.

Do you offer printed proofs of my invitation suite before you send to print?

Most printers typically print minimums and printing typically takes 2 weeks for turnaround.  With that being said, we do not offer printed proofs but can provide a sample of our work quality during our Design Consultation.  We also provide high resolution digital design proofs to show a proper rendition of what your invitation design will look like.

What is your average pricing?

I know that each couple is unique in not only their style and stationery needs, but also in their budget.  If this isn't within in your budget, contact me and we can strategize!  Once I get all the info from your Questionnaire, I'll be able to provide a detailed Preliminary Proposal tailored to your wedding vision and budget.
