A Client Portal has been set up to house all of your Project's documents and forms for easy access. The portal link is located in your “Welcome” email.

A Stationery Timeline will be added to your portal with important due dates for items I need from you in order for us to stay on track. You can access the Stationery Timeline via the Client Portal under Documents.

Included in your Welcome Email is a link to a Wording Questionnaire. Our questionnaire is set up to guide you through sending your wording to us so we can have all the details needed to layout your invitation suite. You may also submit wording of your own if you so choose.

InvitoBella offers up to 4 rounds of proofs. Rounds of proofs are any grammatical, spelling, or general changes. A complete re-design does not constitute a proofing round and may be subject to an additional Design Fee.

Please note any proof rounds over 4 are charged at $200.00 per proof round.

Once your proof has been finalized and the final payment has been made, we’ll send your gorgeous creation to the printer to make it all come to life! This is my favorite part!!
